I'm subscribed but the app is NOT unlocked, what can I do?

There are two actions you can make:
  1. When you subscribed you were asked to enter your email in order to sign up. Now you need to sign in using the same method that you chose: either email or Sign With Apple. On iOS: go to the effect application screen and tap "..." on the top right. Then choose "Sign in...". After you sign in, the app should unlock itself automatically. On Mac: got to the File menu on the top-left, then choose Sign in.
  2. You can also "Restore purchases": if you have the same Apple ID that you used for purchase then the app should also automatically unlock.
Please restart or reinstall the app if still in trouble. If nothing works, please contact us from the app itself (on iOS), go to "..." then tap on "Contact us", it will send us an email with some debug info. Also, please let us know which email you used for purchase, and at which time/date, so we can track it down.

How do I unsubscribe?

  1. iPhone/iPad: Go to the Settings app in your device. Then tap on your name, then Subscriptions. You can manage your subscription there.
  2. Mac: Open the App Store app. Click the sign-in button or your name at the bottom of the sidebar. Click View Information at the top of the window. ... On the page that appears, scroll until you see Subscriptions, then click Manage. Click Edit next to the subscription that you want.

How do I resubscribe?
